I OFTEN ask myself: are alleyways needed?
The main use of the alleyways now is for people to leave their plastic bags full of dog muck and to dump rubbish.
Another use is for the local cannabis club to meet and puff away in peace.
It’s time now to brick them all up and allow people to live in peace.
