I WRITE regarding the argument over dog fouling.

What is the difference between allowing a cat to do their business in your garden as opposed to a dog doing theirs?

Well the law is all in favour of the cat. Is it because cats are natural wanderers that they can foul anywhere?

If you have laid fresh manure to plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs they will dig up and do their muck in there.

They will do it in your borders, in your grass, in your garden and frighten and kill your fish.
