Is there a traffic plan?
IN MY view the Local Plan is an attempt to shift housing on to councils by using green belt to meet national housing targets.
Looking at the current log jams and accidents it is a wonder anyone can leave St Helens to work.
My information from a meeting I attended is that infrastructure problems would be met if and when problems arose.
