Time to build some loos
I READ about the proposed changes to St Helens Retail Park.
They are looking at making Aldi bigger but how about making some public toilets on there?
Not everyone wants to go in Costa to buy a drink just use the toilet. Lots of old people – including kids and pregnant women – go there and there is not one toilet.
