You have no consideration
WE live on St Helens Road, off the Rainford bypass.
On November 4 I was awoken at 11.05pm by a succession of loud fireworks.
The performance continued for at least half an hour, on and off.
Surely, this was totally unacceptable considering that it is against the law to use a car horn, late at night!
Obviously, the residents have no consideration, for their neighbours or nearby animals. Next time, I shall be dialling 999!
