Sense of community
I WOULD just like to write a little note of thanks to the students who took it upon themselves on Friday, November 4 to direct the traffic on Prescot Road outside the college when the temporary lights stopped working.
The weather was truly awful with rain and even hail but they stood there selflessly co-ordinating the cars to stop any accidents.
Thank you for your sense of community and for keeping us road users safe.
It may only seem like a small gesture to them, but effectively it saves lives.
