An angry Star reader sent this photo
AFTER reading the story of the mother who complained over the badly parked car in Rainford, I wanted to point out that the cars park all day on the pavement.
I have sent emails with photos to St Helens Council many times.
They don't reply to me when I ask about how about prams and wheelchairs get past.
