REGARDING the Hillsborough verdict I think it's really bad that it's took so long in a country like this for a ruling.
I was serving in Berlin at the time with the King's Regiment. Being a Liverpool regiment it was all taken pretty badly. To my shame in the following years I came to believe what the media (The Sun) said about the fans.
I think this needs to go further now and heads should roll.
