It's time to fine the 'lazy brigade'

We at St Teresa’s in Newtown have the same problem.

When the police CSOs are there I do not see a problem, but on the days when they aren’t people park all over the yellow lines, totally ignoring the people trying to get across the road between parked cars, especially when the weather is bad, endangering every school user.

I think the only solution is to fine these regular drivers who flaunt the rules and show the rest of the lazy brigade that the authorities mean business.

Let us hope my solution works.

By the way I wonder what will happen when we lose our hardworking CSOs?
