Parking restrictions are putting people off coming to St Helens
I HAVE numerous tickets from parking eye because I leave my car on the car park at Farmfoods on Boundary Road.
I work in the gym next door and yes we do get permits but if you change your car by the time you have submitted your new registration you are guaranteed a ticket from parking eye.
The fine starts off at £75 but if you pay within a few days they will lower the fine to £45.
They have fined many people who use the gym and shop in Farmfoods. All this is doing is putting people off shopping in St Helens.
