Arthur Donald Pilling, listed at the cemetery
ON a recent visit to Kranji War Cemetery in Singapore we saw the name Arthur Donald Pilling, killed in 1942 and husband of Vera of Eccleston, St Helens, Lancashire.
I wondered if anyone might be interested in this so far away from home. He was only aged 28.
