Constant road works will not attract shopers
I THINK the best way to attract people to shop in St Helens is to continually dig up the main road into St Helens from Prescot.
When work is completed I have an idea: let’s dig up the road again and again over several years it will encourage everyone to shop in Prescot and other areas and it will probably continue for years to come.
