WITH regards to the removal of seating in the Hardshaw Centre, I realise that old people who are disabled, infirm or just old are not shopping or spending whilst they are sitting.
However I do think that to enable people to pause a moment during their stay in Hardshaw Centre is good public relations and a courtesy to all the folk of the town, old or young notwithstanding the few visitors that we do receive.
I hope that this note gives cause for thought for the management and that it can be resolved.
