IT is said "write about what you know” and so I created a stage play entitled Carlisle to London, set in St Helens in 1965.
This work has been met with enthusiastic approval by the Citadel and now the World of Glass. Apart from the support by director, cast and crew, I have to laud credit upon my wife, Carol. It is said behind every great man is a great woman. As ordinary as I am, I can say that behind me is a great wife.
