Where was the communication?
WE LIVE near to the Chain Lane shops and 36 and 36A bus stops.
A fortnight ago several large road signs were placed on various roads stating that then roads would be closed for five days from October 9 for road resurfacing.
But two days earlier on October 7 guess what happened?
Without telling any local residents, the shopkeepers at Chain Lane Precinct or Merseytravel the roads were dug up.
Meresytravel had no temporary stops erected and nobody seems to have given any thought to the upheaval just digging up roads would cause. Would this happen anywhere else?
