Who killed my cat?

Who killed my cat?

Who killed my cat?

First published in Letters by

I WOULD like to know if anyone has any information regarding the car that hit and killed my cat outside my front door on Thursday, August 14 at 5.20pm opposite the Rainbow medical centre on Robins Lane.

I would also like to thank the kind lady who picked him up from the road and moved him to the pavement, whose name I did not get in the chaos of the moment.

What a horrible worm you are. How would you feel if something/someone you loved dearly died and some dirty cretin like yourself said such a thing to you? Grow up you internet troll and remember, even though you are glued to your PC like a sad pathetic internet opinionated fool, you deep down are human and have feelings, so use them and be considerate!

Poor cat. R.I.P

Cat's aren't caged animals! It's the males who spray that go into your garden so maybe donate to a cat charity and people can have them neutered/spayed then you won't have to cry like a baby.

Children do naughty things to, should we lock them in or let them get killed? You horrible little man! Do you cry when a spider eats a fly? Food chain baby!

Any animal kept as a pet should be with its owner and not left unsupervised as far as my opinion on the matter, I wouldn't let my dog out on its own , nor would I let my snake out on its own , so why is a cat any different ? I have hit a cat before , ran out from under a park car whilst , it had a tag , I took it back to its owner and made them pay for the damage to my bumper as it was their responsibility not mine....sorry for the loss of your 'pet' here but it really shouldn't have been out of your sight or left to roam round busy roads.

The problem i have barrie is that im forever cleaning cat **** from out of my garden because irresponsible cat owners cant be bothered to keep there cats in the house. Then they claim there cats are free spirits and its cruel to keep them in the house and its ok for them to kill all kinds of wildlife they are not free spirits they are flea ridden pests.

The same argument should then apply to people who let their dogs off the lead near a main road - yes, as you say, it,s a cat, not a human being, but some people love their cat and keeping a young tom inside the house 24/7 is near to impossible. You need sensitivity training.

Take the cat out of this and look at the general situation. The roads are filling up with drivers who not only drive on after hitting an animal or person but who also will make off after colliding with your vehicle or property. Myself and a colleague watched some one reverse in to another vehicle the other day and then try to deny it to the other driver who was in the vehicle when it was hit. Incredible.
