So just who is calling the shots in the Labour Party... Ed Miliband or the unions?
Has Mr Miliband really gone to the left wing, or was he pushed? The signs are there.
Ed was selected by Unite, the largest union, and having the most voters, virtually ensured his election, while ordinary Labour voters chose brother David!
The combined unions have put millions into Labour funds. This comes with strings, and now it’s pay-back time, and who is turning the screw?
One Len McClusky, leader of Unite! Not bad with the verbals either, saying Mr. Miliband will be cast into the dustbin of history if he is seduced by the Blairites in his Cabinet.
What the voters need to know (well, there’s me anyway) is who is calling the shots?
If Labour is in hock to the unions, will the unions have the monopoly of candidates? For safe Labour seats of course!
We would then have a preponderance of the Brothers occupying the Green benches eager to enlighten us on the Gospel according to Karl Marx, but will they get us out of the EU, or stem the immigrant flow? Will they heck!
What became of the Raving Loonies? They might be in with a chance now. After all, there’s a lot more of us about.
