EYE-catching murals from the prints of club photographer Bernard Platt now adorn the newly refurbished and rebranded Red V Café Bar, which opens on Friday when fans will be able to watch Saints take on Catalan.

The murals, around the theme of Light up my Senses, capture the excitement of match day.

Formerly named the Founders Bar, the enhanced bar will be open all day on Friday before the crunch top-four Super League clash.

From around 6.30pm, Paul Sculthorpe, Tommy Martyn and Ade Gardner will be around to talk rugby and there will be music and rugby quizzes up to the kick off.

Then you can watch the match live on our giant screen.

Saints Gold will be on sale for £2 a pint throughout the night and there will be special canapé sized taster bites of the new sandwich menu that will be unveiled shortly.

The Red V Café Bar will be open throughout the week serving food and drink, surrounded by images depicting Saints’ great past.

It will be open 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and over the weekend for special sporting events.
