Geoff Fletcher
THE funeral of larger than life former rugby league player and farmer Geoff Fletcher will take place tomorrow.
St Luke's Church on Knowsley Road will host the service of the St Helens-born former Leigh, Wigan, Oldham, Workington and Huyton prop on Wednesday, 29 November at 1pm.
Fletcher, nicknamed Piggy due to his work in farming, was a popular local figure who passed away a fortnight ago aged 74.
