SAINTS will host Widnes Vikings and Castleford Tigers in preparation for the 2017 Betfred Super League campaign.
The Vikings come to town on Sunday, January 22 (3pm), for the traditional Karalius Cup clash before Keiron Cunningham’s side take on Castleford a week later (January 29, 3pm).
Matty Smith, Luke Douglas, Adam Walker, Ryan Morgan and Tommy Lee are all likely to feature in the games alongside the rest of the Saints squad.
Ticket details for both matches will be announced shortly.
“Both these friendlies, against Super League opposition, are ideal preparation for the new season and we’d like to thank both Widnes and Castleford for agreeing to come and play us,” Saints head coach Keiron Cunningham said.
The club will be announcing two Reserve team fixtures over the coming days for the first two weekends in February.
