SAINTS will be without Luke Walsh for Friday's Derby at Wigan after the scrum half was found guilty of a Grade C dangerous throw against Catalans Dragons.
He pleaded not guilty but the tribunal found him guilty and have handed him a two-match ban and £300 fine.
Forward Luke Thompson has also been found guilty for a shoulder charge in the 55th minute of the same game.
He has also been banned for two games and so both will miss the encounters with Wigan and Hull.
Any appeal, if Saints went down that route, would be heard tomorrow.
Saints boss Keiron Cunningham indicated earlier this week that if Walsh was banned, then Theo Fages would be drafted into the squad in his place for his first start since June.
