Tommy Makinson - was due to play
SAINTS' reserve game at Swinton has been cancelled due to a waterlogged pitch.
Saints had been hoping to give a run out to Alex Walmsley and Tommy Makinson who have both missed much of the pre-season due to surgery.
But heavy rain has scuppered that plan.
It will leave coach Keiron Cunningham with a headache as to whether to pitch in players with little or no game time into the first Super League match of the season against Huddersfield on Friday.
