SAINTS appear set to hand a senior debut to 21-year-old Matty Fleming for tonight's first v second clash at Langtree Park.
The former Warrington rugby union and Bold Miners junior, who had a run out in the second half of the pre-season friendly against Widnes earlier this year, could slot on to the wing to enable Tommy Makinson to revert to full back.
With full backs Paul Wellens and Jonny Lomax injured and Lance Hohaia not named in the 19, Saints boss Keiron Cunningham will again have to shuffle the back line with Makinson to number one the obvious choice.
The next selection issue will revolve around scrum half Luke Walsh, who played the last 25 minutes at Huddersfield last Sunday - coming on to help win the game.
He will probably expect to play more minutes this week, as he continues to find his feet after his lengthy absence with a broken leg, but Cunningham may again opt to start with Travis Burns and Jon Wilkin in the halves.
Visitors Leeds have only lost one game this season and Saints will need to win tonight to stop the Rhinos opening up a six-point lead at the summit.
