Huddersfield Giants will be a different beast with big men on board

Paul Wellens and Giants skipper Danny Brough
THE anticipation is building ahead of Saints' Super League opener against Huddersfield on saturday, 4.45pm.
Although Saints won the friendly encounter between the two sides 26-0 three weeks ago, skipper Paul Wellens says that counts for little given the big men Giants had missing that day, especially Eorl Crabtree.
He said: "Huddersfield have brought in some really good players during the off season.
"They have certainly added some size to the forward pack and if you look at the way Baloo (Paul Anderson) played in his time at Bradford he was renowned for playing in a big pack.
"They have some big personnel to come back in – although we took confidence from beating them in that friendly we know that come Saturday we will be playing a different beast."
