THE St Helens Striders weekend kicked off on Saturday with Peter and Rachael Fairclough celebrating their first wedding anniversary with a 10k run in Munich.
Peter finished in 38:30 and Rachael finished in 40:49
Sunday was a day of Christmas festivities starting with Neil Hunter coming third in the Liverpool Santa Dash 5k in a time of 18:36.
Whilst in Cheshire the Tatton Yule Yomp saw St Helens Striders run through the mud of Tatton Park.
Simon Poole was first Strider home in 52:26, followed by Ruth Besford and Anita Hall in 1:03:57 and Tracy Jones in 1:09.13.
