From Liverpool to Frankfurt, Striders have been racing
ST HELENS Striders athletes have been busy across the north west, as well as one running competing in Germany.
Rachel Simm took part in the Rivington Night Run on Saturday, completing the 10k course in 1hr 39mins.
The next day Jennifer Lawrence finished the Rivington Trail Marathon in six hours.
Katie Taggart got around the Frankfurt City Marathon course in 4:44.58.
Danny Fegan completed the 10 mile Great South Race in Portsmouth in 1:11.34 Fourteen Striders featured in the first of six races that make up the North West Cross Country League meeting.
Following Sunday’s event at Clarke’s Crescent in Liverpool, the Striders men’s team are 11th and the women’s first team second.
