LOCK Lane make it through to the elimination semi final after beating Thatto Heath Crusaders 21-10 in the play-offs.
Heath got off to a great start through a Darren Woods try and Shaun Quinn conversion.
Twenty minutes later Lock Lane got over the line thanks to Nathan Fozzard, with Danny Rowse adding the conversion Rowse chipped in with a penalty and drop goal before half time, with Lock Lane full back Mikey Hayward diving over for a converted score early in the second period.
Substitute Alan Dootson pull edfour points back for Heath but victory was confirmed 12 minutes from time when Luke Tagg crossed for Lane.
Thatto’s winter team lost 32-10 against Halton Simms Cross in the North West Counties League. Hooker Tom Davies, bagged two tries.
