Gala success for St Helens Swimmers
MEMBERS of St Helens Swimming Club competed in the City of Liverpool Tadpoles Swimming Gala at Huyton Leisure Centre — and for many of the swimmers it marked a first experience of a competitive meet.
All the them improved massively on their personal bests, with both Jessica Berry and Liam Carey winning medals.
Carey also won the award for top nine-year-old boy after taking two golds and two silvers.
