ST HELENS fighter Martin Murray has a tasty rematch with German rival Arthur Abraham on a blockbusting night of boxing on November 12 at Salle des Etoiles, Sporting Monte-Carlo.

This is Murray's first bout since losing to George Groves in June and will certainly have plenty of crackle, with the winner going back into the mix at World title level.

He will be looking to avenge his World WBO Super-Middleweight title split decision loss to Abraham from last November when the pair fought in Hannover.

The German last his next defence of his title to Mexican Gilberto Ramirez, so will also be keen for a route back to a title when he faces 34-year-old Murray for the WBO International Super-Middleweight belt.

The Fingerpost fighter had mulled over dropping back down to middleweight after his defeat by Groves, but has been enticed by this opportunity and a return to the place where he gave pound-for-pound Middleweight king Gennady Golovkin his toughest test in February 2015.
