PORTICO continued with their winning streak which is now 9 games.

Portico started as they always do with Mike Hobin scoring a 60 metre solo try in the first set of six, converted by Mike Parr. Portico continued to dominate with tries from Hobin, Neil Kearns and Mike Haggerty all converted by Mike Parr. Bulldogs dug deep to score a try by Baker which was converted. Nathan Ashurst steadied the ship for Portico with a try and Mike Parr kicked goal. Half time score Bulldogs 6 Portico 30. Portico started the second half as they did the first with great running from forwards Jonathan Maxwell and Lee Rooney.

Further tries were added by Haggarty, Adam Arnold, and Hobin completing his hat-trick with two tries from Man of the Match Daz Wilson.

Once again all converted by Mike Parr who ended up with 10 from 10. Bulldogs' tries came from Kehoe and two from Wosey with two tries converted. Portico are at home next Saturday against Bolton Mets, kick off 2.30 pm.
