SAINTS could be without England centre Mark Percival for Thursday night’s trip to Leeds.

Percival faces a ban up three games after he was charged with grade C offence of other contrary behaviour after an incident following Salford’s disputed final try which put the visitors into a seemingly unassailable 24-8 lead.

After the try was awarded, the Saints centre picked up the ball and - without looking in the direction of the referee Scott Mikalauskas - kicked it away, unfortunately slicing it into the midriff of the match official.

Percival does not have an early guilty plea available after he has already used that up in April after he was charged with disputing the referee’s decision against Huddersfield.

The hearing takes place in Leeds on Tuesday.

Meanwhile Thursday’s opponents Leeds could be without captain Danny McGuire and back-rower Jamie Jones-Buchanan.

Both players were charged by the match review panel following the Rhinos defeat at Castleford.

McGuire was sin-binned for dissent in the aftermath of Greg Eden's try and faces a grade C charge of foul language towards the match official.

The veteran half-back has the option of submitting an early guilty plea, which would mean an automatic two-match ban.

Jones-Buchanan faces a one-match suspension after he was charged with grade A striking with the shoulder.

A further five players face a disciplinary hearing on Tuesday.

Catalans Dragons full-back Tony Gigot was charged with a grade C offence of disputing a decision using aggressive body language.

Rangi Chase has a grade B of striking with the shoulder.

Wigan forward Willie Isa and Hull’s Brad Fash (dangerous contact), and Wakefield second-rower Chris Annakin (kicking out), face Grade A charges but all could avoid a ban by taking early guilty pleas.

Warrington forward Andre Savelio received a caution for raising a knee in the tackle.
