It really was a case of no rest for the wicked this weekend.
After a massive team effort at the St Helens 10k only one week ago, male and female athletes represented Striders at the infamous Grindleford Gallop.
Covering approximately 21 gruelling miles and 3000ft ascent, this Peak District course is not for the faint hearted.
Kevin Brennan was the first Strider to descend from the hills and gallop across the finish line.
Well done to Kevin and all of our brave participants who certainly deserve "kudos"!
Further afield, Striders Katie Taggart completed her third half marathon of 2017 in North London as part of her "half marathon monthly challenge".
Good luck to Katie with April's leg of the challenge at Liverpool and to all other Striders competing in this race.
