ST HELENS travelled to Urmston and made it seven league wins from as many games - scoring seven goals in the process!
A quick start saw them three goals up with each one starting out from the back.
Unfortunately captain Lewis Robinson had to leave the game at that point due to illness and with regular captain and usual central midfielder Phil Travis missing it meant a reshuffle but nevertheless St Helens continued to play good hockey and went into half time five up with Paul Horton claiming a hat-trick Alan Travis and Mark Pendlebury with the goals.
The second half continued where the first left off and Rob Taylor playing in his first ever game impressed finding some great positions down the left. The disappointment from the half is definitely only scoring two and conceding the one but the play certainly deserved more. The second half goals came from Horton scoring his fourth and Pendlebury with a second.
