ST Helens Striders members took part in an Autumn five-mile race organised by Warrington Running Club on Saturday morning.
Kev Brennan was the first of their six-strong contingent to finish, clocking 31.11 to classify fifth overall.
He was followed across the line by Deborah Barrett-Walsh (35.13), Matthew Swann (38,17), Jade Booth (40.43), Carol Foster (40.44) and Neil Rigby (44.43).
The following day saw Rachael Fairclough rank as third female in the opening round of the North West Sunday League at Clarke Gardens.
A total of 18 Striders represented the club in the first race of a new cross country campaign.
Meanwhile Striders duo Stuart Tagg (56.01) and Tom Towey (57.35) completed the Standish Hall 10km Trail race the same day.
