PRESCOT Hockey Club are celebrating a successful season.
The ladies’ second team secured back-to-back promotions in the Greater Manchester League pyramid with a final-day 8-3 success against Glossop.
With nearest rival Didsbury also winning, Prescot secured promotion by two goals.
The ladies’ first team, playing in the North Feeder League, finished eighth in their first season at that level and enjoyed a nine-game unbeaten run.
The men’s firsts set a new club goalscoring record with 104 in 20 games, including double figures in four fixtures, to secure fifth place in Division Three.
The seconds narrowly missed out on promotion after finishing third, while Prescot’s mixed team are in the National Trophy fourth round.
