SUPER League general manager Blake Solly has congratulated Saints after the club posted the sold out notices on Langtree Park for the World Club Challenge match against South Sydney Rabbitohs.

The game on February 22 pitches the Super League champions against the NRL Premiers and it the highlight of the World Series.

Solly said: "I’m delighted to hear that the St Helens v South Sydney Rabbitohs game has sold out three weeks before the game kicks off.

"This shows how much excitement surrounds the World Club Series with fans snapping up tickets early for this match in record time."
