RUSKIN needed to perform far better than last week's game against Winnington Park and had to adjust selection prior to the game when O'Keefe and Ridgeon were declared unavailable.

Ruskin stuck to their game plan and played as a team, which in recent weeks was not evident.

Tress and Foster linked very well together allowing the backs to be far more inventive in attack from good presentation from the hard working forwards.

A five try bonus point and a much deserved win showed what character Ruskin are made of.

Ruskin now prepare for their final two fixtures of the season against Sefton Park and Douglas.

Tries came from Farrelly, Smith, C. Birch and Dyson (2).

Conversions kicked by Foggarty (2).

Toast Coffee House man of the match was Neale Foster after a long awaited return to first team rugby.
