SAINTS prop Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook has been charged with dangerous contact for a 57th minute tackle on Catalan's Leon Pryce.
The RFL's disciplinary panel describe the challenge as: "Grip around the head/neck area is maintained and as attacking player is taken to the ground pressure is applied for a significant period of time. Defenders have a responsibility to avoid contact of this nature.
"Not deliberate but player uses a dangerous technique to keep the attacking player at a disadvantage."
If found guilty at tomorrow's disciplinary McCarthy-Scarsbrook faces a ban of between two and three matches which would see him miss matches against Wakefield, Leeds and possibly Castleford.
