Catalan's Louis Anderson to miss Saints game after ban

Wigan Warriors player Michael McIlorum has been suspended for three matches after an RFL Disciplinary Tribunal found him guilty of committing a Grade C reckless high tackle in a First Utility Super League fixture against Castleford Tigers on Sunday March 9.

McIlorum, who pleaded not guilty to the offence, was deemed to have executed the reckless high tackle on Kirk Dixon of Castleford in the 10th minute of the match. He was also fined £300.

Castleford Tigers player Justin Carney pleaded guilty to a Grade A punching offence on John Bateman of Wigan Warriors in the seventh minute of the same fixture. He was fined £300 and warned about his future conduct.

The following players were also suspended after submitting Early Guilty Pleas: Louis Anderson (Catalan Dragons) – one match ban for Grade B offence of making dangerous contact on Wakefield Trinity Wildcats player Taulima Tautai in the 16th minute of the fixture at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium on Sunday March 9.

Steve Rapira (Salford Red Devils) - one match ban for Grade B offence of making dangerous contact on Widnes Vikings player Alex Gerrard in the 16th minute of the fixture at The Select Security Stadium on Thursday March 6.
