Thatto's defence started strongly straight from the kick off forcing the error from Ince and Thatto made it pay with a quick set and on the 4th play Tommy Davies scooted from 8yrds out to crash over and Jordan Wakefield with the conversion on 4mins (0-6).

Thatto kept the pressure on and moved the ball from the left side to the right side with quick hands for Jordan Smith to show his pace to score on 15mins Jordan Wakefield converted (0-12).

Thatto got a quick set and carried the ball downfield before James Hull scooted from 10 yards out to crash over and another Jordan Wakefield conversion to make it 0-18 at half time.

Ince put pressure on in the second half and with Thatto conceding penalty after penalty Thatto's defence stayed strong to keep Ince out with five consequtive sets on Thattos line.

Thatto scored the best try of the game when Josh Crehan's fancy footwork carved his way through Inces defence before the fullback made the tackle and with a quick play the ball Thatto got the ball out wide with good support and accurate passing to send Liam Forsythe over to make it 0-22 at full time.

Great defence from Thatto Heath to keep Ince pointless with Brad Ramejkis playing well in the forwards pushing for the man of the match , but eventually it went to Josh Crehan for his all round game.

Next week Thatto Heath are home to West Hull in 2nd round of the BARLA national cup.
