BARLA have injuries ahead of third game on Oz tour

BARLA Great Britain Lions touring squad have worked and trained hard at the training base the Coogee Bay Hotel go into tomorrow’s match against the South Sydney Juniors with several players either definitely ruled out or doubtful because of injury.
Definitely out are Stephen Marsh (Blackbrook), who has damage ribs after taking a late hit against the Aboriginal Australians, and Adam Thomason (Leigh Miners) with a knee injury sustained in the first match against the Coffs Harbour Comets.
There are major doubts with Ryan Smith (Wigan St Patricks) shoulder, Ryan Rogers (Pilkington Recs) groin, Danny Rouse (Castleford Lock Lane) leg.
Some of the other players are carrying bumps and bruises but they are all putting their hands up to play.
The match which is being played at the iconic Redfern Oval, Sydney has been brought forward to a 2pm kick off and with a predicted high temperature of 28 degrees and it will be energy sapping encounter for the players playing their third game in eight days.
Coaches Paul Crarey and Sean Richardson are both very positive that no matter what team takes the field they will all give their best, and will come away with a victory to come home with a 100% record.
