Bold Rangers enjoyed a 4-1 home win against Clock Face, York had a good 0-4 away win at Sutton unction and Penlake First give the club a double with a 4-2 win against St Helens Town Res.
In the RG Trophies sponsored Division One; Bowling Green keep winning courtesy of a 5-1 home win against Wheaty; MossBank and West Park shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw. Knowsley South just Piped Sumner Street with a 1-2 away win whilst Brown Edge had a good travel day by beating Lions Grove 0-4.
In Division Two; Newstreet Res put four without reply past leaders Sutton Manor for a convincing win to narrow the gap at the summit, Clock Face Res had a 4-2 home win against Rockware. Working Mens travels went according to plan with a 0-3 away win against Legion and Penlake Res beat local neighbours Sidac Social 3-4.
In the Hatton Solicitors sponsored Hospital Cup there were no upsets on the cards; Mere beat Sutton Junction Reserves 4-0, Newstreet hung on for a 3-2 away win at Parr Cons Diamonds beat local rivals Prescot Sun 5-3 at home and Rainford North End needed extra time to beat Carborundum 2-1
