The finishers ... do as they say ... finish you off! (Week 2 Monday)
Monday AM - Having trouble walking today, my calves are so sore they feel like the are going to snap. Hope tonights session is not too gruelling, not on the legs anyway… no pain no gain!
PM - I enjoyed the fitness session tonight, partly because I was not late and therefore was in time with the rest of the group. And also mentally it didn’t seem that much torture. There is a board as you go in with your programme on it for the evening, Steve goes through all exercises, mine was 30 – 2, which means you do four exercises, starting at 30 of each, then down in twos until you get to the number two.
All good I am ready to go home, then he brings the finisher in, which quite frankly does as it says … finishes you! It's two exercises, starting at 30 and going down in fives.
On a plus point I have lost just over 2lb.
Breakfast – Porridge with soya
Mid- morning – seeds, Banana
Lunch – Chicken Salad – with off Balsamic vinegar … yak!
Mid- afternoon – Yoghurt
Dinner – Stir fry veg, Tuna Steak and rice noodles
After dinner dinner !!! – I was starving therefore had a bowl of Jordans, and then had two celery sticks with phily in … arrrr what happened, oh yes I know Dave gave me a really small tuna steak!
