We are now at the halfway point in our eight week torture, oops I meant to say fitness regime and i have got to say that i am really enjoying it, well most of it , I have found it a little hard at the weekends, not because of the training, but the lack of not having any lager!

I have to say that it has been a great experience so far, that being thanks to Steve and his training methods at P.B Fitness, every session different and aimed at your specific needs and what you want to personally achieve and get out of your time being beasted by Steve.

I do feel like I have achieved something in the last four weeks, I feel much fitter and healthier than I have in long time, I don’t feel as lethargic as I used to, I am beginning to see changes in my physique and certainly much happier within myself and the way I look, plus other people are noticing the difference in me.

My progress is not just down to the excercise, but down to the changes in my diet to, some of which are taking a little getting used to, like the using of soya milk, the lack of alcohol, but others make perfect sense and you don’t really need to miss out on anything, simple things like using sweet potato instead of ordinary potato`s. Steve will supply you with all the diet/nutrition information you will need to achieve your goals, but all the changes to my diet do make me feel much healthier.

I can’t praise Steve and his team at P.B highly enough, and I think if anyone is seriously considering trying to get fit, lose a little weight, change the way they train then P.B Fitness is the way to go, I am four weeks in and I am still finding places to ache that I never knew could ache!
