Doing the bear walk of shame!
I had a busy weekend this week, which thrown me out a bit really. I didn’t fit any additional exercise in, plus Sunday I was working from early morning all day at a Wedding Show in Bolton, I wasn’t prepared and the food went slightly out the window, therefore I must pick myself up and get back into it from today onwards!
Training was a killer tonight, I had six exercises to perform with 20 of each … a new one to me was a horror, ‘The Bear Walk’, I hope that I never have to walk like a bear again! I think that I got a little mixed up with my counting as I was on round four when Mrs Holden had finished, then I still had one round to go and Jane Ball (who had the same amount as me) waved good bye and on her way she went, with hardly a bean of sweat in site … something is going wrong, I was sweating like a mad woman … I do think that ... JANE CHEATS!!!
I hadnt lost any more on the scales, through my own fault I must add, I think I need to up the tempo a little.
Breakfast – Porridge with trail mix and soya milk (getting used to it now)
Mid- morning – Banana & Coffee
Lunch – Gluten free sandwich with ham, salad and mustard (yummy)
Mid- afternoon – Gorgeous Yeo Valley Lemon Yoghurt
Dinner – Brown rice, mixed bean salad and turkey steak
