Have been off sick for a week and unfortunately was unable to attend the fitness classes last week.
However, I have kept up with the diet, but was also dosing myself with Lemsip.
Cold has now gone and I feel able to start over again.
Last night (first night back) I found the training hard, legs went to jelly but on a brighter note I have been measured today and have lost a total of 13cms from waist, hip and upper arms.
Let's hope this carries on...
