Wednesday
Legs are feeling much better, however, when I have been sat down for a while, I still have problems until the muscles have warmed up a bit, god knows what I have done to them. Still its PB tonight and I must just crack on with it!
Tonight’s session was pretty good considering, I always seem to get cramp under my feet though, it may well be lack of water apparently, we are advised to train without shoes as its better for you. Lots of kettlebells in tonight’s session, I was not sweating as much, not sure why but I think I was doing it right!
