AM – Today is the start of our fitness regime, our weigh in, measurements and fit test is tonight, cant say that I am actually looking forward to it but needs must!

PM – Well I am not a happy bunny. The photographer has taken numerous humiliating photographs, close up, side on , full on front. The weigh in, well I cant believe how heavy I am! OMG, I am about half a stone heavier than I thought I would be. Well only one way to go!

Food Diary

Breakfast - Ready Brek with honey and glass of orange

Mid- morning - Grapes, water, coffee

Lunch - Two slices of turkey, Salad

Mid- afternoon - Coffee

Dinner - Chicken Breast, brown rice, sugar snap peas and baby corn, Fruit tea
