Big mistake attempting to fit a session in at lunch, I decided to eat my dinner at 11.45 and attend the 1pm session, I felt sick as a dog!, and I could hardly move .. not good and I wont be doing it again. Apart from the food mistake, it was quite a rush to get there and back, and it was a good job that I had no afternoon appointments as I looked a mess for the duration of the day! Apart from that, the session was good but hard. I have learnt that when Steve says ‘ How was that’ , your answer is never OK, always, it was really hard! One very good point about PB fitness is that your time is well filled, it maybe just 45 minutes depending on how long it takes you to complete your routine for the day, however, the training is very intense and a full body work is given.

Food Diary

Breakfast – Scrambled eggs and pitta bread

Mid- morning – Seeds and raisins

Lunch – Makrel & Rice

Mid- afternoon – Orange

Dinner – Roast pepers suffed with Mince meat, onion, mixed beans and sweet potatoe
