Well earned day off, shopping for prom dresses for my beautiful daughter.

Breakfast

Poached Egg, Bacon x 2 and tinned tomatoes Mid- morning

Lunch – Subway chicken salad bowl

Mid- afternoon – Yoghurt

Dinner – Chicken Stir Fry, with Cajun Spice Alcohol – 1 wine, 4 gin and tonic … could have been 5, on a plus point the tonic was slimline

Sunday

After last night’s little hiccup with the alcohol consumption, I have punished myself by doing a little extra today with two fitness classes back to back.

Again I made a mistake on the food, and decided to have a scrummy breakfast just an hour before the start of class … why I don’t learn I will never know. Week one is now done, I feel that in general all has gone well. I am having to plan what I am doing a little more, but that’s not a bad thing, lets hope the weigh in tomorrow has changed … for the better!

Home made celery soup (whoops and bread … normal bread) Mid- afternoon –

Dinner – Sunday dinner, lamb and veg.. not as much and normal and no dessert
